Hi there! I’m Katie Gilligan, RN, MSN, NP… and owner of 1928 West Health Spa. Let me tell you how we got here and what we’re about.

 

I am a pediatric nurse practitioner at West Atlanta Pediatrics, and I love it. It is not lost on me what a gift it is to truly look forward to work every day-to never dread a Monday morning-and the kids (and my amazing coworkers) have been giving me that since 2011.

 

I never felt like something was missing, but when the idea was pitched for me to open a medspa I jumped at the chance to connect with mamas in a more direct way. Women, men, anybody with aesthetic goals or a need to refresh that sparkle…we remind each other that while aesthetics is so fun, who doesn’t like to see some wrinkles disappear or have our pants fit a little better!!-it doesn’t give us our value or worth. That comes from somewhere else entirely.☺️

 

Our brick and mortar location is part of a large building in Dallas, Ga that is currently being renovated and should be ready in March 2026. Until then, we are operating out of West Atlanta Pediatrics with botox, filler, VI Peels, SkinPen microneedling and PRP, and our weight loss program. Once we are in our space we will be able to add to our services a Japanese headspa treatment, facials and waxing. This means that our current scheduling is creative and flexible since I do work a different full time job and we’re not firmly planted in a permanent location, and I’m just so excited to make this happen with you!
