Katie has been working in healthcare since 2005, and she has loved just about every second of it. She started out as a Mother-Baby nurse, then spent four years as a Labor & Delivery nurse during graduate school. She has had the incredible privilege of caring for patients and their families as a pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2010. The opportunity to connect with and care for adult patients through 1928 West Health Spa is the icing on the cake of an already wonderfully fulfilling career, and she is so thankful.

 

When she’s not at work, Katie loves to read, run, watch baseball, and be on the water. She has three precious and hilarious children, a girl and two boys, and there is never a dull moment in any area of her life.
